Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management tool, which will grant you complete control over your email mailboxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can create a brand new email mailbox in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Also, you can redirect e-mail messages from one mailbox to another, activate mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and secure your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email boxes against spam email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtering your incoming mails on the basis of certain criteria specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your mail accounts and specify the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mails from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Just choose the mail account you would like to redirect electronic mail messages from, then specify the target e-mail box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your choosing to access your mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you want to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also allow you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
